Your account

Your language, your dates and your password, and the two doors out: leaving one workplace, and closing the account altogether.

Who this is for
Anybody with an account.

Step by step

  1. Your language and your dates

In your settings. Twelve languages, Arabic and Hebrew laid out right to left, and dates that read day first or month first. Anything people typed stays exactly as they typed it — names, positions, notes — because only the words around them are translated.

  2. Your password

Change it from the same screen. Changing it signs you out on your other devices, which will ask you to sign in again.

  3. Download everything held about you

Download my data produces a file covering every workplace you belong to, including the ones you have left. You do not have to ask anybody for it and nobody is told you took it.

  4. Leave a workplace

Under leaving and closing. Your upcoming shifts are released for somebody else and the managers are told. The hours you already worked stay in that workplace's records.

  5. Close your account

Also under leaving and closing, once you have left every workplace. It removes your name, your address and everything identifying you from every workplace you have worked in, and deletes your sign-in. The hours you worked stay in their records with no name on them, and none of it can be undone.

The one exception

A workplace's only chief manager cannot leave it from inside the product, and so cannot close their account there either, because a workplace with nobody in charge has no way back. Write to support@weeksort.com from the address on the account and we do it by hand.
