Not per user, not per manager, not per feature. One subscription for the workplace, priced by how many people are on the roster.

A year costs the same as ten months.
Tax is included. The price on this page is the price you pay, in every country: any VAT, GST or sales tax Polar collects where you are is already inside it, and a business that enters a valid VAT number at checkout pays the same price.
Active means someone who can be given shifts and receives the published schedule. People who have left never count.

The first 30 days are free
Your first 30 days are free. Set up the workplace, invite your staff, and publish a real week before you pay anything.
We ask for a card to start it and take nothing from it until the free period ends. Turn off automatic renewal on your billing screen before it ends and you are never charged at all.
Cancelling, and getting money back
Cancel from the billing screen inside Weeksort, without writing to anybody. A charge is refundable in full on request within fourteen days — no reason needed. The Terms of Service are the promise.
If a subscription ends
A workplace that was running stays fully usable for another forty-eight hours before it becomes read-only, so a lapse never interrupts a week half way through. Nothing is charged for those two days.
