Weeksort

Read your schedule

Your own shifts, with the date, the time, the position and any note your manager left on them. This is the half of Weeksort most people only ever use.

Who this is for
Anybody on a roster. Works on a phone.

Step by step

  1. Open your shifts

My shifts is your week: the date, the hours, the position you are on, and any note left on the shift. The app opens on the next shift you are working.

  2. Before the week is published

A week that has not been published yet shows no assignments at all, including yours. They appear the moment your manager publishes it, and you are told when that happens.

  3. How much of the team you can see

That is your workplace's choice, made when the week is published: your own shifts only, the whole team, or the whole team for people holding a particular qualification. You always see your own.

  4. Your hours

Your scheduled hours for this week and this month are shown against your own limits, so a week that is over the cap you were given is visible to you as well as to your manager.

  5. Weeks that have passed

Earlier weeks stay where they are. Nothing is hidden once it has happened, and the hours you worked stay in the workplace's records.

When something changes

If a shift of yours moves on a week that is already out, you are told what moved. If the whole week is taken back, you are told that too — the shifts you were shown are no longer final.
